As a Sr. Financial Management Business Analyst - Lead you will support the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with a complex shared-cost model.Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. ResponsibilitiesOversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planningProduces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metricsEnsures timely updates to the Financial Database and related reportingCoordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance trackingRequirements5+ years federal IT financial management experienceBachelor’s degree (4 years of additional experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree)Strong understanding of shared cost models and financial data callsExperience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systemsTravel RequirementsThis is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible. U.S. Work Authorization Due to federal contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this position.
