As Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for increasing new subscriber acquisition and growing ARPU through conversion, activation, upgrade, and retention programs that deepen customers’ relationships with our products. You will lead lifecycle strategy across In Tandem’s portfolio, with hands-on ownership across our family organization brands (Cozi and FamilyWall) while establishing scalable best practices that grow performance across all brands.
