Our teams work diligently to innovate and support world-class services, and we are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our IT team.Position SummaryAs a Network Engineer at Telestream, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security across the organization. You will play a critical role in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing network changes, and supporting internal users. Your expertise will help us maintain robust and efficient network operations while aligning with our strategic goals. You have ZTNA experience, Fortinet and IPv6 experience.Work Authorization - Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship of any kind, now or in the future.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to guarantee reliable connectivity for all staff.Monitor network performance and provide optimization recommendations.Conduct regular system and security audits, identifying vulnerabilities and mitigating risks.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to network infrastructure.Collaborate with IT teams to implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.Document network configurations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.Stay informed on emerging trends in networking and network security.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar IT role.Zero Trust/Network filtering software experience requiredStrong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls).Must have Fortinet experienceIPV6 preferred, site-to-site tunnels at a minimum.
