The Finance Team is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Jr. Billing Specialist to support our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of client profiles and assist with the generation of recurring invoices within NetSuite, leveraging sales orders and billing schedules. In addition to onboarding new clients, you will also help process billing change orders and client churn.If you are an intuitive, engaging individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and excels at maintaining exceptional attention to detail, this role is an excellent fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain CRM entries/client accounts in NetSuite, ensuring accurate entry of client dataReview CRM entries entered by other team members to ensure data accuracy and support timely billing operationsProcess upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, prorations, promotional discounts, credits, and other changes related to client billing under the guidance of senior team membersEscalate complex issues to senior team members when necessarySupport the broader billing team with administrative and data-entry tasks as neededOther tasks as needed to help the team meet objectives and requirementsMinimum QualificationsMinimum 1 year of billing, accounting, or finance-related experience; exposure to NetSuite or another ERP/billing system is a plusInterest in working in a high-volume billing environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detailExceptional accuracy – takes pride in identifying and correcting errorsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindsetConfident, approachable, and curious; not afraid to ask questions to gain clarity and support continuous learningSelf-motivated with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines while seeking guidance when appropriateCollaborative team player with an action-oriented, energetic approachFoundational understanding of SaaS contract terminology and subscription-based billing concepts (or eagerness to learn)Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Desired QualificationsAn associate’s degree in accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent practical experience, internships, or relevant certifications will also be consideredPrior internship or coursework involving billing, accounts receivable, or customer account managementExposure to Salesforce or similar case-management toolsCallRevu is the leading communication intelligence platform built for automotive retail- empowering dealerships to take control of every conversation, from the first ring to the final result.
