Responsibilities

Prime Recruitment is looking for a Founding Recruiter to help build the early hiring infrastructure for innovative YC-backed startups. As the Founding Recruiter, you will: Build and scale recruiting processes from scratch. Lead hiring across engineering, product, and GTM functions. Partner closely with leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning. Source and attract top-tier talent using advanced Boolean search and sourcing techniques. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Help shape the culture and hiring bar as an early team member. What we're looking for: 5+ years of technical recruitment experience. Experience working with YC startups and/or major tech companies. Proven ability to build and scale teams in fast-paced startup environments. Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing expertise. Experience hiring across engineering, product, and GTM. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Location: San Francisco area (relocation support available for the right candidate).
