Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Coordinating internal tasks across our contractors (designers, developers, marketers) in Notion and Monday.com - QA-ing deliverables (websites, ad creative, copy) against client requirements before they go out - Light administrative support (scheduling, follow-ups, document organization) - Building and maintaining SOPs as we standardize our delivery process - Flagging risks and bottlenecks before they become problems WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: - Daily overlap of at least 4-6 hours with Mountain Time (UTC-7) - Solid experience with project management tools — Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar - Strong attention to detail and natural follow-through — you notice when things slip and act before being asked - Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
