Forager is a fast-growing data-as-a-service platform providing high-accuracy people and company data to platforms and teams that rely on data to power GTM and recruiting workflows.We’re building a repeatable, scalable outbound GTM engine targeting data-driven SaaS platforms (sales tech, recruiting tech, AI tools, and data platforms). This is a high-impact role working directly with the founder to design and execute that system from the ground up.The RoleWe’re hiring a GTM Growth Lead (ABM) to build and own our outbound pipeline engine.This is not a traditional growth marketing role. The focus is:outbound ABMpipeline creationsystem designexperimentationsales enablementYou will define who we target, how we prioritize accounts, how we engage them, and how we build a repeatable, signal-driven GTM engine.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain the TAMDefine ICP, segmentation, and targetingCreate an evergreen system to identify high-fit accountsDevelop account scoring (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3)Own the outbound motionDesign messaging and sequences (email + LinkedIn)Work directly with SDR to improve reply rates and meeting conversionRun weekly experiments (targeting, messaging, offers)Build the GTM systemConnect TAM → CRM → outbound workflowsEnsure accounts and contacts are enriched and up to dateDefine tracking for pipeline and engagementDevelop signal-driven outreachIdentify triggers (hiring, product launches, funding, etc.)Build a system to prioritize accounts based on signalsCreate playbooks and enable the teamDevelop repeatable ABM playbooks (1:1 and scaled)Build messaging templates and objection handlingTrain SDRs and document processes for scaleSupport deal executionHelp create assets (case studies, calculators, data samples)Incorporate sales feedback into messaging and targetingWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent Sales-Accepted Tier 1 / Tier 2 meetings heldStrong outbound conversion (reply rate → meeting rate)A clear, repeatable outbound playbookMeasurable pipeline contribution from outboundImportant Note: This role is focused on outbound pipeline creation and ABM execution, not paid acquisition or traditional growth marketing.RequirementsProven experience building outbound / ABM pipelineTrack record of generating qualified meetings or pipelineStrong understanding of ICP, targeting, and messagingHands-on operator (not just strategy)Comfortable working in a fast-paced startupDeep experience with Clay, Sales Nav, or sequencing toolsExperience with SaaS platforms (GTM, recruiting, data, AI)Experience training SDRs and building playbooksBenefitsBuild the outbound GTM engine from scratchWork directly with the founderHigh ownership and visible impact on revenueOpportunity to shape how the company scales
