About the roleArray Behavioral Care is the nation's leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice. We transform access to quality, timely behavioral health care through innovative telepsychiatry solutions and services spanning the entire care continuum, from the hospital to the home.We have an opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an active Oregon license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part-time (16 hours/week) and allows you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a tribal health center. Patient population is lifespan, ages 8+.What you’ll doProvide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counselingProvide video-based behavioral health assessment with patientsAssist with de-escalation and stabilizationPhone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sourcesAnalyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviorsProvide written recommendation on next level of assessment or careMaintain documentation within partner site's EMRMaintain a therapeutic and safe environment for allProvide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team contextMaintain all required certifications and licensesWhat we’re looking forLicensed in therapy: LCSWClinicians must have active state licenseProfessional licensure must enable independent practice1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted licenseIntermediate to advanced experience with technologyStrong communication skillsEstablished and updated CAQH profile strongly preferredPosition logistics100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityYou will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses; Array will support the process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expensesCompensation and benefitsThe pay range for this role is $37 - $41 an hour.
