We’re seeking exceptional Senior Futures Traders to join our growing global team. Whether you're a discretionary or algorithmic trader, we have a platform to leverage your skills and experience. You will join a successful trading desk, working side by side with a talented and experienced team that trades a variety of asset classes and a wide range of trading styles to capitalize on the market. This position is remotely based.What You'll DoDevelop and execute your proprietary trading strategies aimed at generating consistent profits while adhering to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirementsManage your own trading book with access to multiple exchanges and asset classesConduct data analysis to improve both your performance and that of the teamShare market insights and developments across the global trading teamResearch, develop, and implement new alpha-generating strategiesWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or a related fieldProven track record of profitability as a trader for at least two yearsProficiency in numerical and statistical analysis conceptsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn, understand, and apply new concepts quicklyProven self-starterExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)Candidates with a background at a well-known proprietary trading firm will be given priorityWe offerCompetitive base salary and uncapped profit-sharing bonuses that reflect your individual contributionsA clear path for growth with rapid scaling of capital dependent on performanceDedicated resources for professional development, mentorship programs, and access to cutting-edge trading tools and technologies
