Requirements and responsibilities

Our client specializes in implementing innovative IT solutions and has over a decade of experience working in partnership with large organizations. They believe that work should bring satisfaction, not just be an obligation—although finding the right place sometimes requires time and guidance from more experienced colleagues. Every employee joins to grow. The company values your development because it brings them satisfaction and delivers value to their clients. We are currently looking for candidates for the position of: Data Contract Architect. Location: Hybrid (Warsaw). Key requirements (must have): * Hands-on experience in defining and implementing Data Contracts—this is a core area of the role and a mandatory requirement. * Strong soft skills—communication, and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders. * Experience in team leadership—leading teams of architects/data engineers, mentoring, and developing people. If you meet the three criteria above, we strongly encourage you to apply, even if not all other points perfectly match your profile. Nice to have: * At least 4–5 years of experience as a Data Architect. * Experience in data analysis, processing, and modeling. * Designing data models and building data layers (Data Warehouses, Data Lakes). * Knowledge of Data Warehouse architecture (Oracle) and Big Data technologies (Hive, Spark). * Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL (query optimization, aggregations, indexing). * Experience working in the GCP ecosystem, including BigQuery. * Implementing data quality requirements (testing, monitoring, alerting). * Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Cloud Build). * Practical knowledge of stability and configuration of Data Fusion and Datastream services when ingesting data from hundreds of sources. Additionally valued: * Experience with tools such as dbt or Dataform. * Knowledge of data governance solutions (e.g., Dataplex, Data Catalog). * Participation in data migrations from on-premises systems to the cloud. * Ability to independently code full cloud infrastructure (Terraform), eliminating manual changes in environments beyond development. Consider if you: * Enjoy working in a friendly, relaxed environment. * Want to gain satisfaction from working on inspiring projects created by passionate people. * Are not afraid of complex challenges and see them as drivers of your growth. * Want to be recognized not only for results but also for your commitment. If you answered yes to most of these, we encourage you to apply. What you can expect: * Developing strategies for Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence systems, and Data Lakes. * Optimizing architectures of data ingestion processes for DWH and Data Lakes. * Designing and implementing advanced analytics solutions. * Collaborating with analysts, architects, business owners, developers, and external consultants. * Clear development path and professional growth support. * Benefits package: private healthcare, group insurance, sports card. * Work with the latest technologies and market trends. * Competitive salary. * A truly great work atmosphere.
