• Develop a vision and strategy for integrating new partners across multiple states to stay in compliance with each state’s specific regulations • Develop an efficient process to share data between Prenda and each partner. This includes: 1. Student enrollment data 2. Student enrollment status (Ex: withdrawn or transferred) 3. Student grades 4. Student attendance data • Build and lead the partnership team at Prenda • Recognize talent, potential, and value in every team member through coaching and mentoring to their strengths. • Set and own team OKRs around partner relationships and efficiency in processes.
