Responsibilities
We're hiring a Senior CRM Consultant to own Klaviyo (and other platforms) work for our customers at Woolman.This is not a support seat on a bigger CRM team. You'd own the Klaviyo direction end to end across projects and continuous work: segmentation, lifecycle automation, migrations, deliverability, and the calls that come with genuinely complex environments.You'd also help shape how we grow this as a business area, not execute inside one someone else already built.If you know Klaviyo well enough to be the person others check with before they answer a client, we'd like to hear from you!We're open to candidates across Europe and the UK.
