Sales Support Coordinator US Manufacturing Company · Excellent Spoken English Required POSTING FIELDS Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator — Assist Our Senior Salesperson (US Manufacturing Co., Excellent Spoken English Required) Job Type: Full Time Salary: $1,000 – $2,300 USD per month, depending on experience Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Central Category: Sales & Marketing Skill Tags: sales representative, lead generation, appointment setting, cold calling, B2B sales, CRM, email outreach, customer service, English speaking, account management JOB DESCRIPTION We are a US carbon products manufacturer and distributor. We make and sell an industrial raw material used by manufacturers across North America — in rubber, plastics, coatings, and construction products. We are small, we move fast, and we are in the middle of opening up a new set of customers. This is a sales job, but an important thing to understand up front: you are not carrying a sales territory on your own. We already have an experienced senior salesperson — a US industry veteran with decades of relationships — who owns the customer relationships and closes the business. You work directly for him. Your job is to do everything that makes his selling day bigger get the first conversation started, prepare his quotes, and make sure nothing he is working on ever goes quiet. That said, this is not a script-reading call center job and it is not lead-scraping. You will email and speak with US business buyers directly, under your own name, as part of our company — you are just doing it with an experienced person behind you rather than alone. You will have to think on your feet, answer real questions about a real product, and be persistent without being annoying. We need someone US buyers understand easily and take seriously on the phone. Who you work with You report to and work alongside our senior salesperson. He has spent his career in this industry. He takes the meetings, handles the pricing negotiations, and closes the deals. You are the person who makes sure he walks into every week with a full list of the right companies to talk to, that every quote he sent has been followed up on, and that nothing sits waiting on him without you flagging it. When he is on the road or on calls all day, you are the one keeping his pipeline moving. What you will do • Run outbound outreach. Write and send introduction emails in professional US business English, and work a structured follow-up sequence. You write these yourself; we give you the framework and the product knowledge. • Get on the phone. Call prospects who have not replied, call the ones who have, qualify what they buy and how much, and hand the real opportunities to your salesperson with a proper introduction and a briefing on what you learned. Expect this to be a real part of your day, every day. • Qualify properly. Find out what grade and volume they use, who they buy from now, what they pay, when their contracts renew, and what would make them switch — and write all of it down. • Prepare quotes and chase them. Build price quotes from our pricing sheet for your salesperson to review, send them out, and follow up on every open quote on a schedule until we get a yes or a no. Most sales are lost to silence, not to a competitor — preventing that silence is one of the main reasons this job exists. • Coordinate samples. Get product samples out to prospects and follow up on the results — this is often the step that turns interest into an order. • Own the pipeline records. Keep the CRM current: every contact, every conversation, every next step, with dates. Send a short written end-of-day summary of what moved, what is stuck, and what needs your salesperson's attention tomorrow. He should never have to ask you where something stands. • See the first order through. When an account says yes, you stay with it: confirm the order details, pass them to our logistics team to get the truck scheduled, and keep the customer informed until it is delivered. You are not booking freight and you are not doing the invoicing — you are making sure the customer's first experience with us is a good one. Requirements • Excellent spoken English with a neutral, easily understood accent. This is a hard requirement — you will be on the phone with US buyers, and it is the first thing we screen for. • Excellent written English. Your emails go to US business customers with no one editing them first. • At least 3 years in B2B sales, inside sales, appointment setting, sales support, or account management for US or other Western clients. Outbound experience specifically — not inbound support only. • Genuinely comfortable making cold calls to people who are not expecting you, and comfortable being told no repeatedly without losing momentum. • Organized to the point of being annoying about it. This job is mostly follow-up, and follow-up is where most salespeople lose deals. You are the safety net for someone else's pipeline as well as your own work. • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet place to take calls, and a working headset Nice to have (not required) • Experience selling an industrial, chemical, or raw-material product, or selling into manufacturing plants. • Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar). • Any exposure to US freight or full-truckload shipping — useful for talking intelligently about delivery What we offer • $1,600 – $2,000 USD per month, paid twice monthly, direct — no agency taking a cut. • Performance bonus on closed business once you are past ramp — we will define it in writing with you at 90 days. • A raise review at 18- days and again at one year, based on results. • Paid holidays, and paid time off after 90 days. • Long-term, stable work, and a real industry education — you will learn this business from someone who has spent a career in it. As we grow, this seat grows with it. • Direct access to both the owner and the salesperson you support. No layers, no bureaucracy — if you bring us a real opportunity, we act on it that day.
