To help us achieve that goal we are looking for innovative leaders who think big and push boundaries to refactor healthcare and the healthcare delivery system.Hours of Operation:Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm ESTFriday & Saturday 8am - 6pm EST8hr or 10hr shifts1 late day (working shift ending at 8p EST) is required per week1 Saturday shift required per quarterYou will deliver quality care to patients on Oscar's platforms via phone and video. You will also serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers.You will report into the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.Work Location:Oscar Medical Group is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission.This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas; or Virginia. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.Pay Transparency:The base pay for this role is: $216,406 - $284,032 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, and annual performance bonuses.Responsibilities:Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulationsProvide medical care virtually (by phone, video, & message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policiesCollaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service linesCompliance with all applicable laws and regulationsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolFluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessmentMust be licensed in Tennessee and Georgia (full license, not telehealth) plus at least two of the following states: Missouri, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, TexasActive IMLCC or eligible to applyWillingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance, working with our licensing vendor3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.Experience with value based care documentation standardsBonus points:2+ years of Telemedicine experienceLicenses in MO, AL, MSRegulatory supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)Pay Transparency:Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
