Job Description: To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/ GED required • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (must be customer facing roles) Regular Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday • Employees are expected to be available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. • On Saturdays, employees should be available to work between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
