Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration, country-specific payroll, statutory compliance, and production support.Key Requirements:Strong expertise in SAP HCM PayrollStrong experience with SAP Payroll configuration, support & troubleshootingHands-on expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Payroll Areas & Control RecordsStrong understanding of Gross-to-Net payroll, payroll runs, validation, reconciliation, retro/payroll correctionsExperience with country-specific payroll legislation, tax, social security & complianceExperience supporting payroll for at least one of the following countries/regions: Germany, Romania, Czechia, Türkiye, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, UK or LATAM.Experience with payroll testing, issue resolution, documentation and production supportAbility to understand and interpret local payroll legislation in the applicable local/native languageEnglish speaking and communication skills are required
