Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead the development and deployment of enterprise-grade Conversational AI and Agentic AI solutions.This role focuses on transforming conversational AI prototypes into secure, scalable, production-ready systems that deliver measurable business value.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of software development experience using Python or similar languagesExperience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms, especially GCPStrong experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code toolsExperience deploying agents, functions, networking, and cloud resourcesFull-stack development experience with enterprise IT infrastructureExperience delivering external customer-facing technical projectsStrong software engineering, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and Conversational AI knowledgeBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experienceGECX Certification is mandatory for sourcing/contractor profilesPreferred Experience:Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related fieldMulti-agent systems using ReAct, self-reflection, or similar frameworksAgent debugging, tool-selection optimization, and conversation tracing across microservices🔐 Mandatory: GECX Certification✈️ Travel: Up to 50%📩 Interested candidates: Please DM your updated resume with GECX certification details, current location, work authorization, availability, and travel flexibility.
