Why Join Us: * Competitive compensation: \$100K–\$120K base + performance bonus. * Relocation assistance for qualified candidates. * Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life insurance. * 401K with company match. * Opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile commercial projects. * Collaborative culture where estimators are valued as strategic partners. What You’ll Do: * Prepare takeoffs, pricing, bid solicitations, and detailed cost comparisons. * Lead subcontractor/vendor solicitation and procurement planning. * Develop constructability reports and identify project risks early. * Compile and analyze cost histories to improve accuracy across projects. * Review owner contracts, general and supplementary conditions with risk management. * Support project teams by providing detailed cost analysis reports and forecasting. * Work in Procore and digital takeoff platforms to manage estimates and documentation. What We’re Looking For: * 4–8+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction. * Proven experience with interiors and ground-up projects (healthcare, education, civic, mixed-use preferred). * Strong knowledge of site work estimating (grading, utilities, cut/fill, pavement). * Proficiency in Procore and onscreen takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.). * Solid grasp of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong employment stability and a track record of contributing to successful project outcomes. * Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred (or equivalent experience). * Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
