You’ll get the chance to: * Take charge of projects from inception to completion, covering schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction documentation (CD) stages. * Ensure project timelines are met and deliverables adhere to high-quality standards. * Develop comprehensive work plans that enhance clear communication among all stakeholders. * Consult and apply building codes judiciously to ensure compliance throughout the design and construction process. * Showcase expertise across all stages of the construction and design process, contributing to the success of each project. * Maintain a solid grasp of the International Building Code (IBC) to uphold regulatory standards. * Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. What you must bring to the table: * +7 years of experience as an architect. * Proficiency in Revit. * Expertise across all stages of the construction and design process. * An upper intermediate or advanced English proficiency level.
