🖲 Responsibilities: 🔹 Build a solid database of candidates. 🔹 Prepare candidates for submission using ttg OPT platform. 🔹 Accompany Business Development executives on client visits. 🔹 Analyze the market and identify new trends and opportunities. 🔹 Manage the recruiting process, including prospecting, screening, coordinating interviews, and administration of the ATS. 🔹 Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates. 🔹 Conduct reference/background checks, as needed. 🔹 Make recommendations for hire and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.). 🔹 Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status. 🔹 Build and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and externally for networking and referrals. 🔹 Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interviews, and placement activity.
