Key Responsibilities
\tManage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
\tPrepare reports, presentations, and internal\/external communications
\tOrganize and coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and special events
\tHandle confidential information with the utmost discretion
\tAct as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments or external stakeholders
\tTrack deadlines, follow-ups, and key initiatives on behalf of the CEO
\tSupport special projects and operational priorities as assigned

Requirements
\tExcellent organizational and time-management skills
\tStrong written and verbal communication abilities
\tHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality
\tProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and executive tools
\tAbility to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage priorities
\tPrevious experience supporting C-level executives (preferred)
\tBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Compensation: From $25 to $45 per hour
