The candidate should have experience managing engineers in a fast-paced environment and should be comfortable working in a hands-off role. Responsibilities: - Managing and developing the engineers, helping them to grow their skills and advance in their careers - Having regular catch ups, running 360 performance reviews and having development conversations with your reports - Helping set personal development objectives to work on and support them in their growth - Providing updates and highlighting any performance issues to the VP of Engineering - Getting involved with hiring and providing a great onboarding experience - Being accountable for the growth of individuals in your team - Ensuring the well being of the team
