Viral Style is a crowdfunding e-commerce platform that allows anyone to create, sell, and distribute custom products worldwide. Viral Style produces and ships over a million items per year. We have a fun, upbeat working environment with benefits available after 90 days, Friday lunch is provided and of course, a ping pong table! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our company. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. The Customer Service Rep will report to the Customer Service Manager. This role starts at $13 per hour PLUS great monthly and quarterly bonus structures, also, after 30 days we will administer a performance review to evaluate and increase that rate based on skill levels and performance. Responsibilities: - Go through emails that customers send and answer them and respond to any questions or issues they have with their order through writing. - Take about 30-45 calls a day from customers and make sure to answer any questions they may have with their order - whether it is about tracking their package or if there was an error with the package they received. - If they can’t answer customer issues, escalate issues to Supervisor. - First level of response for the company so how efficiently and professionally issues are handled is important.
