We are currently looking for a Program (Project) Manager. Internally, you'll champion and demonstrate collaboration between internal teams to get to the best creative solutions through meticulous planning and organisation. Ensuring all workstreams are well coordinated, on time and to budget. Externally, you'll develop client trust and advocacy through effective planning and delivery across all briefs, while partnering client services to provide a consistent and excellent experience for our clients, speaking to the status of the project and delivery with client lead. Responsibilities: - Manages and lead a wide range of projects with a variety of deliverables, complex workflows and stakeholder management. - Independently creates and manage project level documentation, scopes of work / change requests / timelines & resourcing. - Effectively manages multiple project timelines across multiple clients ensuring all deadlines are met and tangibles delivered - Maintains and runs financial reports (burn rates & forecasting), project management & resourcing tools. - Holds and maintains strong relationships with clients as the “project lead” in partnership with the client lead. - Analyses alongside the client lead, the client challenges and briefs, asking the right questions, to understand full requirements and set right first time project plans in line with budget and processes. - Uses knowledge of how the business charges and resources projects to drive efficiency and profitability of projects, while ensuring the highest level of creative output. - Supports the PD/HOD to ensure accurate and timely budget management across projects, and providing accurate forecasting and burn reports. - Uses awareness of time and resource requirements required for projects to advise others on the Client Services team, enabling effective client negotiations.
