Job Title: Lead Java Developer Location: Columbus, OH – onsite Columbus, Ohio Duration: 3 months CTH The Lead Java Developer will provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise to design, build, and support enterprise applications. This role requires strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will mentor team members, guide architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality technical delivery. Required Qualifications: * 10+ years of professional IT experience in application development. * Strong proficiency with Java and J2EE technologies. * Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. * Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs. * Experience with development tools such as Swagger, Maven, Eclipse, Jenkins, Git, and Postman/Newman. * Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or GCP). * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
