In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the personal and career development of assigned employees, supervising their activities, and managing workload. You will also interact with the sales force to ensure client service levels are maintained and exceeded, and support the sales force by participating in meetings with prospects as a subject matter expert on our custom service solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining awareness of Holman's position in the market, engaging in heavy client interaction, and resolving conflicts between clients and various Holman departments. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience, extensive experience in customer service, and strong supervisory skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Support the personal and career development of all assigned employees - Supervise the activities of assigned employees, manage workload, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews - Interact with sales force to ensure that client service levels and expectations are maintained and exceeded - Support the sales force by participating in meetings with prospects as a subject matter expert on our custom service solutions - Maintain awareness to Holman's position in the market and have knowledge of our competition’s strengths and weaknesses as it relates to program offerings and services - Support team members in developing, proposing, and implementing strategic initiatives for their clients - Search for opportunities to increase Holman business - Engage in heavy client interaction and resolve any conflict between clients and various Holman departments - Recommend process improvements to increase client efficiency - Support the development and presentation of customized Business Reviews that outline the client’s expenses, compliance, and program utilization - Develop plans of action to address areas of opportunity based on industry best practices - Participate in the recruiting and hiring of new staff members - Responsible for the initial training of new hires as well as the ongoing development of their assigned team members - Manage and proctor departmental meetings and training sessions - Manage the transition of accounts and sensitive client communications - Promote client retention by providing exemplary customer service at all times - Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
