Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a Human Resources Leader for a trading startup to manage talent and ensure a workplace aligned with the organization's strategic goals. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain the best talent. They will ensure the alignment of human resource processes with Uprofit's agile, innovative, and dynamic culture. Responsibilities: * Lead comprehensive recruitment processes, from job posting to effective onboarding. * Create and maintain an active network of candidates for key positions (developers, product, UX/UI, data science, compliance, digital marketing, etc.). * Implement innovative technological tools to optimize selection processes. * Develop and manage effective and personalized onboarding programs for new employees. * Collaborate closely with team leaders to anticipate talent needs. * Monitor fintech labor market trends in Latin America to ensure competitiveness in talent attraction and retention. * Develop internal policies that foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture. * Implement and manage organizational strategies promoting talent development, succession planning, and leadership strengthening within Uprofit. * Identify opportunities for organizational structure improvement and propose changes. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Ensure compliance with internal policies. * Oversee performance management and career development. * Evaluate and adjust compensation and benefits systems to remain competitive in the market. * Manage incentive and recognition programs. * Promote company values and culture. * Foster a healthy and safe work environment. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of experience leading recruitment teams in fintech companies or tech startups. * Knowledge of the fintech market in Latin America. * Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written. * Experience using digital recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other related technologies. * Advanced negotiation skills, effective communication, teamwork, and results orientation. * Agile mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.
