Welcome to the future of engaging corp communication! We're seeking talented remote leaders to join our team and help us build the best corporate content-communications platform. We want our customers to be able to create, edit, clone, manage, distribute and track a broad range of interactive multimedia and video content used primarily for employee engagement, employee education, HR communications and benefits literacy. With a FLIMP account, users can quickly and easily use templates to create branded, customized responsive microsites, digital postcards, benefits fairs, and chaptered videos and then push content to targeted audiences via integrated SMS, email, embed code, etc., with real-time engagement tracking and reporting. Your responsibilities will be: 1. Review and update the pricing model(s) related to Platform licensing and the sale/packaging of managed service Platform products offered by the Company. 2. Manage product development and tech support for the Platform, working closely with the internal technology team and external development partners. 3. Oversee product integration and technical support for the related SMS, email and no-response call distribution platform that integrates with the FLIMP Platform. 4. Develop and review processes for all new and renewal customer setups, implementation, and technical support. 5. Develop a roadmap for the Platform’s feature development and continued improvement from a user and product perspective, including but not limited to the content management system, various creative studios, reporting dashboards, and content distribution integrations. 6. Oversee the creation of Platform user training materials for internal and external audiences. 7. Assist with producing responsive digital postcards and microsite products, including distribution support, testing, and reporting. 8. Train salespeople account and project managers on the features and advantages of the FLIMP Platform products. 9. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on how best to position and sell platform licenses and products against competitive products. 10. Ensure that Platform reporting and analytics data are available to the sales team and customers on the utilization, performance, and engagement results. 11. Work with Sales to facilitate new sales and renewals for Platform products. 12. Help track and reconcile sales, costs and invoices related to Platform products. 13. Help develop and evaluate new Platform product opportunities such as ORCA.
