You have the uncanny ability to deduce what’s needed for project needs.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for facilitating the seamless flow of project work at a top design company that does innovative and bold work for some of the most trailblazing companies in the world. As a Production Intern you’ll set up the production studio for success. This requires working on-site in our studio up to five days a week, receiving/shipping and organizing equipment and supplies. You’ll help ensure that staff are clear about their assignments for the week and assist Project Managers. The Production Intern helps freelancers get set up for interviews, contracts, and onboarding. You’ll coordinate travel and accommodation as needed. You’ll assist Project Managers with setting up kickoff meetings and project reviews.As a Production Intern you’ll help track budgets, costs, inventory of office supplies, and other clerical duties helping the teams stay on track.
