Design, implement, and optimize talent management strategies that drive performance, professional development, and employee retention through technology/IA.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execute recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, managing required documentation and procedures.
• Administer and keep the employee database up to date.
• Identify training needs and coordinate programs to develop employee skills.
• Plan activities to strengthen company culture and promote employee well-being and engagement.
• Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems, gathering feedback and assisting in setting organizational goals.
• Prepare documentation for policies and procedures, and support internal projects related to personnel management.
* Education: Recent graduate or Jr. in degrees such as Labor Relations, Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or Human Talent Management.
- Plus: experience In administrative areas or Human Resources.
