Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Client Delivery: Ensure all client engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. - Build Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain SOPs, onboarding flows, hiring systems, and delivery processes. - Lead and Motivate Teams: Manage internal teams and contractors, ensuring accountability and clear execution. - Maximize Resources & Profitability: Review team capacity, pricing, and project performance to drive margin improvements. - Refine Service Offerings: Support leadership in enhancing core offerings for improved client outcomes and internal efficiency. - Support Leadership Bandwidth: Keep senior leaders focused on growth by allowing them to manage operations independently. Requirements: - 3+ years in an Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role—preferably within a marketing agency. - Strong understanding of agency operations and service delivery workflows. - Proven experience creating systems and managing remote teams. - Strong project management skills and ability to lead distributed teams. - Proficient in ClickUp, Notion, Slack, GDrive, GHL, and automation tools. - Clear communicator with a strong sense of initiative. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
