Requirements and responsibilities

• Review, analyze and improve product information and general copywriting for all iVisa.com travel documents platform • Monitoring and overseeing the success of the implemented content strategies by analyzing the company’s data (segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, usability findings. etc) to anticipate customer needs based on iVisa.com's conversion objectives and explore innovative copywriting solutions in a space where little precedence exists. • Cooperate with the content coordinator to quickly and iteratively create interaction flows to run all content updates throughout every iVisa.com touchpoint and collaborate with UX, development, marketing, product, and research teams to craft language systems across a variety of contexts, including application forms, to editorial content. • Design scalable systems and structures to support large amounts of content and oversee the overall document application experience.
