ABOUT THE COMPANYAt Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), we are building a forward-thinking network of independent, entrepreneurial cardiologists dedicated to improving quality of care, lowering total costs of care, and being on the forefront of efforts to innovate and develop new treatments that improve lives.  The CVAUSA network currently spans 25 distinct practices across 8 states, and CVAUSA clinicians collectively serve more than 1,000,000 unique patients annually.Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for candidates who want to use their expertise to improve the care and outcomes of patients with CIED devices. We are recruiting candidates that have excellent analytical skills, experience with CIED analysis, interpretation, and patient connection. Candidates will work remotely and can support patients and cardiology practice remotely,Manage patient connection and help with troubleshooting transmissionsPerform accurate evaluation, diagnostic and analysis of the device dataRecognize and report abnormal pacemaker, defibrillator, ILR and CRT functionsDiscuss and suggest strategies for manage abnormal findingsAbility to communicate diagnostic data in a timely and accurate mannerMake a positive contribution to the patient and device clinic experienceMaintain HIPPA complianceQualifications and Education RequirementsRecent experience in cardiac device managementExperience with the main CIED vendors – Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott/St. Jude, BiotronikOne of the following certifications is preferred: CCT, RCES, IBHRE, CRAT, CCDS, CEPS, or CDRMSStrong technical and computer skillsAbility to work effectively in a remote roleGreat communication and multi-tasking skillsAvailable to work Monday-Friday during traditional business hoursPreferred SkillsExperience in remote workAbility to precept and mentorAbility to communicate with patients in both English and SpanishExperience with Microsoft TeamsJob Type: Full-time - Day ShiftSalary: $28-35 per hour, based on experienceBenefits: 401(k) Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceDisability insuranceLife insurancePaid time offLocation: This is a Remote Work from home position
