You’ll combine strong design and illustration skills to bring cohesion, polish, and authority to our brand, while mentoring a small production team to deliver high-quality work.In this role, you will:Own and uphold the HealthMerch and its sister company https://sayitwithacondom.com/ creative standard across all visualsLead and mentor production designers to ensure polished, accurate client artworkElevate client mockups with stronger layout, realism, and creative directionEnsure all print files are production-ready and meet vendor specificationsPartner with Marketing to create email, landing page, and campaign visualsLead creative direction for healthcare collections and awareness campaignsBuild cohesive design languages from client logos and campaign themesDevelop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset systemsBalance high-volume production needs with long-term creative qualityCollaborate closely with Sales to support active deals with strong visualsThis is a full-time role aligned with EST, for approximately 6 hours per day.RequirementsTo be a successful candidate, you need:6+ years of professional graphic design experience2+ years leading or mentoring designersStrong portfolio showing campaign work, branding, and print productionAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopExperience preparing vendor-ready, production-accurate filesStrong typography and layout fundamentalsExperience building templates and brand systems that scaleAbility to manage high-volume workflows without sacrificing qualityClear communicator who can work cross-functionally with Sales and MarketingExperience working with remote teams or across time zonesBrownie points for:Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy-driven brandsPromotional products or merchandise industry backgroundBasic understanding of conversion and visual hierarchyExperience in a CRM-driven marketing environment (HubSpot a plus)Illustration skills or custom typography workLight motion or animation experiencePhotography direction or art direction on shootsThe ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and calm under pressure, with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
