Requirements and responsibilities

Compensation: - USD$180k base (activates on close of seed). - 6–8% equity, 4-year vest, 1-year cliff. - Co-own the cap table from day one. The Stack (Live): - React 18. - TypeScript 5. - Vite 5. - Tailwind. - shadcn. - Framer Motion. - Postgres with Row-Level Security. - Edge Functions. - Stripe. - Certified Human flow. - UCA ledger. - Parity Analytics. - Spotlight. - Scout's Fee. - Request-gated messaging. Responsibilities: - Ship Discovery Engine v2 (ranking, signals, Parity-aware sort). - Scale verification (Certified Human) without compromising trust. - Hire and shape engineering culture. - Own infra, cost, security, and compliance posture. Requirements: - 8+ years building production software. - 3+ years as a founding engineer or tech lead at an early-stage startup. - Deep TypeScript + Postgres chops; comfortable in RLS, edge runtimes, and queue design. - Pragmatic with LLMs/ML. Bonus: - Supabase / Edge Functions in production. - Open-source contribution.
