Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a high-performing Bilingual Project Manager who can take full ownership of land and home development projects, from acquisition all the way to construction closeout. If you are detail-obsessed, system-driven, and know how to keep projects moving without constant supervision, keep reading.
Your Role:
- Manage and streamline the entire development process, working with realtors, engineers, contractors, and finance teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and done right.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from acquisition to closeout.
- Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and timelines.
- Coordinate with agents, buyers, and contractors.
- Create budgets, cost breakdowns, and schedules.
- Track progress, inspections, and deliverables.
- Identify issues early and solve them fast.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Project Management experience (BPO/international clients).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid systems.
- Solid skills in planning, budgeting, and documentation.
- Real estate or construction experience is a big plus.
- Reliable work-from-home setup.
Tools You Will Use:

- Spreadsheets and project tracking systems.
