Overview: 20four7VA is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter VA to support a growing digital marketing agency serving small businesses in the US and other international markets. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and booking appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business owners, results-driven, and comfortable handling objections professionally. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients. - Generate and qualify leads. - Schedule appointments for the sales team. - Follow sales scripts and workflows provided by the client. - Update and manage lead information in the CRM. - Maintain organized call records and follow-ups. - Communicate progress and results regularly. Requirements: - Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting. - Strong verbal communication and conversational English skills. - Confidence speaking with decision-makers. - Ability to handle objections professionally. - Familiarity with CRM tools and dialing systems (or willingness to learn). - Results-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation. - Bilingual English and Spanish skills. Nice to Have: - Experience working with digital marketing agencies. - Background in B2B sales or service-based businesses. Work Schedule: - 20 hours per week. - Monday to Friday. - 12 PM – 4 PM EST. Tools and systems will be provided by the client, including CRM and calling platforms.
