Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.Position OverviewAs a VIP Account Manager, you’ll provide exceptional support to VIP players, responding to their needs across all communication channels. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, supporting promotions, and ensuring a rewarding experience that builds long-term loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong relationships.Provide support via phone, email, and text, resolving any player concerns.Support and drive ongoing promotions and initiatives, enhancing the overall player experience and improving retention.Develop in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotional offerings on the Modo.us platform.Collaborate with internal teams to align VIP strategies with the company’s broader goals.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred.Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growthExpert in player engagement, retention, and loyalty-building strategies.Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Diversity Commitment: We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team.
