We are looking for a proactive and technically strong SAP Application Support Engineer to join our support team and ensure smooth, stable, and efficient SAP Materials Management operations across enterprise environments.If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy resolving real-time production issues in procurement and inventory management processes, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP MM applications and business processesMonitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelinesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Procurement, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, Goods Movements, and Vendor ManagementSupport integration processes between MM and other SAP modules such as SD, PP, WM, and FICollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure system stability and business continuityAnalyze root causes and support continuous improvement of application support processesRequired Skills:Strong experience in SAP MM support environmentsHands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution expertise in Materials Management processesGood understanding of procurement lifecycle, inventory management, and vendor master dataExperience supporting MM integrations with other SAP modulesGood understanding of SAP system architecture and landscapeGood to Have:Knowledge of ITIL support processes and incident managementExposure to SAP S/4HANA Materials Management environmentsExperience with monitoring and alerting toolsUnderstanding of warehouse and supply chain business processesInterested candidates can apply or refer suitable profiles at: careers@prodigyhrm.comKnow someone who fits?
