Role Overview: - Scale Nearshoring is actively seeking an experienced, highly disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a 12-month extendable remote contract. - Your primary objective is to generate qualified first-time appointments with U.S.-based IT companies, MSPs, VARs, and Systems Integrators. - This is a pure outbound, top-of-the-funnel role (not a closing role). - You will execute a structured sales process relying heavily on cold calling (80 to 100 outbound calls per day), LinkedIn outreach, and email sequencing. - You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying decision-makers, effectively communicating our value proposition, and maintaining rigorous CRM discipline. - Advanced English (C1) and previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams are required.
