About the roleClassDojo is hiring a Staff Analytics Engineer to own and evolve the analytics data layer—so teams across ClassDojo can rely on high-quality, trusted data to make decisions. In the near term, you’ll take ownership of core data models, improve data quality, and ensure consistency across key metrics. Over time, you’ll help shape how analytics evolves at ClassDojo by introducing AI-assisted workflows and enabling faster, more intuitive access to insights.You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and data stakeholders to define and maintain the datasets that power decision-making. Salary ranges (United States): CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $175,000 - $235,000 (USD). All other states in the US: $150,000 - $200,000 (USD).Work locationClassDojo is a distributed company and hires regardless of location, as long as you are willing to have significant hours overlap with one of the Americas time zones.
