We are looking for entrepreneurial Territory Partners to lead our bstarOne Genesis Partnership Program. We aren't looking for remote observers; we are looking for active local market leaders ready to drive growth and build a scalable, long-term income portfolio. 📌 The Territory Requirement We have one primary requirement for opening a new territory: You must be locally present in (or able to actively cover) a region or city cluster with at least 50+ co-working spaces. If you have the network and the presence to engage 50+ potential partners in your area, we want to talk to you. 🧠 What is bstarOne Genesis? Genesis is a business infrastructure layer. We enable co-working spaces to offer their members a ready-to-use Business Operating System (OS) to run, organize, and grow their activities. For the co-working space, it’s a total evolution: - Higher Member Value: Move beyond "space" to "service." Increased Retention: Become the "brain" of the member's business. - New Revenue Streams: Earn recurring income from members—even after they stop using the physical space. - The Genesis Edge: If a member signs up for bstarOne OS while at a partner space, that space (and you) continues to earn for the lifetime of the subscription. This turns short-term hot-desking into long-term digital wealth. 🚀 Your Mission Partner Acquisition: Identify and convert the 50+ spaces in your territory into Genesis Partners. Member Activation: Drive adoption of the bstarOne OS inside those spaces. Ecosystem Leadership: Act as the local face of Genesis at meetups and events. Portfolio Management: Build a network of active, revenue-generating spaces. 💰 Compensation & Model This is a performance-based portfolio model designed for those who want to own their income. Recurring Income: Earn based on active subscriptions across your entire territory. No Caps: Your income scales as your partners and their members grow. Long-Term Value: The revenue follows the user, not the desk. You are building an evergreen portfolio. Note: This role has no fixed salary. It is a pure growth partnership—income grows with active usage, not one-off deals.
