I'm working with a cloud-native SaaS business operating in the energy sector who are going through a significant platform transformation, moving from a tightly-coupled monolith to a modern, domain-driven, product-led architecture.The engineering team is building out the platform that underpins how energy retailers operate at scale, and this hire sits at the heart of that modernisation effort.You'd own team delivery, sprint planning and backlog prioritisation alongside Product, while also shaping architectural decisions and driving engineering standards.Strong fit if you've managed engineers through a complex migration or modernisation programme.Stack: C#/.Net, AWS, microservices.~60/40 split between people leadership and technical involvement.
