Every year, $15B worth of products go through UnitX's AI inspection system to ensure quality.We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team supporting us in the next phase following our Series B. AI is completely changing the manufacturing industry and we are at the forefront of this change. This is a huge opportunity for personal growth and growth within UnitX as we continue to make an impact on this industry. You will report directly to the Director of North American Sales in continuing our sales efforts.What You’ll Do:Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, selling UnitX’s industrial AI solutions to factories and manufacturing teamsLearn customer pain points and use a consultative approach to position UnitX as a high-impact solutionBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and qualifying inbound interestPartner with the technical team to tailor demos and proposals based on each prospect’s needsTrack all sales activity and pipeline data in HubSpot to stay organized and improve forecastingCollaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing to share feedback and improve the go-to-market motionHelp improve and document sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and deal processes as we grow the sales teamWho You Are:3 or more years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical solution sellingConfident communicator who can build credibility with both technical stakeholders and business leadersComfortable with outbound prospecting and finding creative ways to connect with new accountsOrganized and driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityExperienced in using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to manage pipeline and track deal progressBonus if you’ve sold into industrial, manufacturing, or AI/automation marketsOur Perks:Competitive salary, uncapped commission, equity, and 401kFull Medical, Dental, VisionUnlimited PTO
