Ellux: - We turn operational bottlenecks into fully integrated humanized flows. - Our flagship prototype product is an AI digital twin — a personal AI version of you that shows up to meetings as you, sounds like you, and takes the actions you'd take. - It runs follow-ups, gathers feedback, takes notes, and arranges the next thing. - Always on, always disclosed as an AI, always with an off-switch. - We are early. The product is real, the positioning is sharp, and we need someone to own the commercial side of building this into a category-defining company. The Role: - You will be the Sales & Marketing co-founder. - That means you own everything that makes Ellux known and bought. - The Co-founder will play a critical role in establishing and scaling the company's presence in the industry. - To be honest upfront, this is an equity-only role until revenue is flowing. Responsibilities: Marketing: - Brand. - Content. - Social (LinkedIn + TikTok). - Positioning. - Launches. Sales: - Outbound. - Demos with founder support. - Pricing experiments. - Closing the first paying customers. Category-building: - We are in the AI digital avatar space. - Help us be the trusted, disclosure-first name in it. Day-to-Day: - Shaping the story and getting it in front of operations leaders, COOs, and founder-led service businesses. - Running the experiments that turn awareness into pipeline leads and interest. - Talking to the first 20 prospects yourself. - Building the playbook the next hires will run. Who We Are Looking For: - You are someone who has sold or marketed B2B products before — ideally early-stage, ideally something technical. - Writes well. The brand voice is warm, smart, and human, and you can hold that line under pressure. - Is comfortable being the face of a company on LinkedIn or video. - Genuinely finds AI agents and automation interesting — you will be talking about them all day. - Can commit ~10 focused hours a week and treat it like the seed of your next company, not a side project. What We Offer: - Meaningful co-founder equity. We are hiring a partner. - No salary until we are generating revenue. This is the honest trade. The first paying customers convert your equity into a real number, and we have a clear plan to get there. - A founder partner who will do the work with you. I (Peter) am building the product and the company alongside you. You will not be marketing in a vacuum. - A real product. The AI digital twin works. You are not selling a deck. - Full ownership of your function. No design-by-committee, no waiting for sign-off on campaigns. Other Info: - Part-time, ~10 hours per week to start, scaling with traction. Ultimately dictated by the person. - Remote in Europe, but you will need working overlap with EU hours. - You do not need to have done all of it before. You need to be the kind of person who learns the gap fast and ships anyway.
