ConvoBrains is an AI platform that turns sales and support calls into business intelligence — helping D2C and insurance brands identify revenue leakage, agent performance gaps, and customer drop-off reasons.We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to help us build outbound pipeline and book qualified demo meetings with decision-makers.What You'll DoBuild targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and similar toolsRun multi-channel outreach — LinkedIn DMs, cold emails, and cold callsMake cold calls to founders, CXOs, and team leads to open conversationsQualify leads and schedule demo meetingsMaintain accurate CRM and outreach recordsWho Should ApplyStrong communicator — written and verbalComfortable making cold calls to people who don't know youSelf-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setupPrior experience in SDR, telecalling, or lead generation is a plus — not mandatory
