Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on the bench, building relationships with vendors and clients, and assisting in placing consultants on suitable projects in the US market.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.Search and identify suitable requirements from job portals and vendor networks.Submit consultant profiles to matching job opportunities.Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.Follow up on interview schedules, feedback, and placement status.Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.Update consultant resumes according to job requirements.Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to achieve placement targets.Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.Willingness to learn US staffing and Bench Sales processes.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree (any discipline).Basic understanding of US IT technologies is a plus.Freshers are encouraged to apply.BenefitsWork from home.Training and mentorship provided.Career growth opportunities in US Staffing.Performance-based incentives.
