They provide day-to-day coaching, support, and supervision to ensure quality of care, therapist success, and client satisfaction. This role is also inclusive of oversight of clinical quality, and active involvement in performance improvement, client satisfaction, and strategic cross-functional initiatives. Clinical Supervisors are directly accountable for monitoring, managing, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success and alignment with organizational goals.
