The RoleThe Analyst, CX Solutions is an early-career role on Crescendo’s Solutions Consulting team, designed for individuals who are highly analytical, curious, and excited to work at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and commercial strategy.This role partners closely with Solutions Consultants to support the development of pricing strategies, service designs, and customer-facing proposals for both new prospects and existing customers transitioning from legacy outsourcing models to Crescendo’s modern AI + human solutions.As an Analyst, you will take the first pass at structuring complex problems—gathering data, building financial models, and translating discovery inputs into actionable insights. You will play a critical role in shaping how Crescendo quantifies value and brings outcome-based pricing to life.Crescendo is an AI-first company, and this role is expected to actively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of how we use AI to scale our solutions, analysis, and internal processes.The reason you join won’t be the reason you stay.
