About the jobCall Center Technician I (Remote) US ONLYEducation and ExperiencePlus would be experience working in Cable.People who have call center experience are best for this role; this is NOT an IT role or Network related.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcelCall Center experienceGood email and verbal communication skillsWhat you’ll doJob ResponsibilitiesTechnical Call Center, running a rebuild for the network.Open and close tickets—make sure ticket info is correct; open it and start the process and close them out at the end of the day.Use internal ticketing system.Ensure all devices that were online at the beginning are online at the end; if not, troubleshoot.Ability to look at 4–5 tools and check what is on and offline.Excel is needed for tracking and updating.Heavy email communication and chat.Note: Location: Remote but may require onsite work in Atlanta—must be local and vaccinated.
